Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Irish Coffee Cheers!

Make a classic Irish Coffee with this simple recipe using our great coffees.

 

You'll Need the Following Ingredients:

 

1 Cup Freshly Brewed Hot Barrie House CoffeeBarrie House Coffee Selections

We Recommend:

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Brown Sugar

Heavy Cream, Slightly Whipped

heavy cream

1 Jigger Irish Whiskey (1 1/2 ounces or 3 tablespoons)

1 Jigger of whiskey

Directions:

  1. Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full.
  2. Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Blend in your Irish whiskey.
  3. Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back of spoon. Serve hot.
